Within this sector Alan Leather Associates has been involved in many office, bank and retail schemes, as well as providing a complete service for a number of national companies in the form of new supermarket, warehouse and industrial buildings. Several speculative office developments have also been successfully completed.
In 1999 the practice completed 6500 sq.m. of production space for Gul International, makers of wet suits and surfing wear which was opened by HRH Prince Charles.
Completed projects also include offices for insurance companies, Inland Revenue, Department of Employment and more recently new corporate headquarters for Health Shield Friendly Society Ltd.
