A residential conversion of a school building in Wimbledon Village to form exclusive apartments is being pursued with a view to adding value to the School’s portfolio so that a relocation onto a single new campus can be organised. The School buildings range from ornate Victorian to relatively new structures.

A ‘mixed use’ scheme to regenerate a former car workshop site in the heart of the urban fabric of St. Austell. The proposal involves 56 one and two bedroom apartments to be sold at an economic rate to first time buyers, together with 400m² of employment space.

Proposed offices for professional clients, St. Austell
Preliminary designs for 1200 sq, m. of new offices in the centre of the Conservation Area of St. Austell and adjoining the listed St. Mary’s Church. A contemporary approach is being taken for the provision of hi-tech offices to replace existing accommodation to reflect the future image of this long established lawyers’ Practice.

A Therapy Centre for sufferers of Multiple Sclerosis. A unique building for a rural location in the middle of Cornwall, designed to provide a tranquil environment to support the holistic treatment including oxygen replenishment, hydro-therapy and aerobics.
