As part of a larger mixed use development to the East of St. Austell for which ALA Architects were the Masterplanners, Brunel Business Park now provides a variety of employment opportunities to both the immediate inhabitants of St. Austell’s ‘Urban Village’ as well as the wider area. Built upon the old railway yards, the design takes its cues from some of the original railway architecture on the site.
