A new build bespoke dwelling on the spectacular site of an unlisted Art Deco property that had been unsympathetically modernised over the years. The replacement three storey dwelling pays respect to its Art Deco predecessor in terms of massing and form, but with a contemporary style that brings it into the 21st Century.
The property has received Winner of the LABC (South West) ‘Best Individual Dwelling’ 2012 Award, and Winner of the Cornwall Buildings Group Award 2012.
