In recent years we have become more deeply involved with land use applications, local plan and appeal submissions. We have expertise in the development of both brown and green field sites for a variety of different types of housing from social to sheltered and from working homes to high density estate planning.
The firm is well-versed in Homezone principles and specialises in urban and rural master planning. The firm is also retained as Architects for the much publicised Urban Village development of a brownfield site in St. Austell, where we are working closely with the Princes Foundation.
