Replacing an uninspiring 1960’s property within the South Cornwall AONB, Heritage Coast and Coastal Zone, this Arts and Crafts inspired two storey property, with additional attic rooms, benefits from extensive views from all principle living and bedroom accommodation over its waterfront gardens to the Percuil River beyond. Works also included the formation of a boathouse and renewing of sea wall defences.
